That's not bad at face value.
But as always, bigger is better.
1: Weapons. The more the merrier.
2: scenery. New levels denote a change in background. White just don't fly, get some color in there!
3: Sound FX! People like to hear bad guys go "squish" when they fry them.....
and 4: Graphics improvement. The drawings are simple, frankly, they can always be better.

People like to become captivated into a game, they enter a "trance" if you will, same with movies. Right now yours is simple an anti-boredom tool. We play out of sheer curiosity and boredom, not because it's God's gift to gaming. But with these and other people's suggestions, you'll get to that level.

The questions were a bit hard to read (and a little small) as they extended to the right, kept interfereing with her hair or whatever....

The animation was so-so, not the best out there, but no where near bottom barrel crap either.

Sound was fine, kinda liked that song.....

Difficulty was EXTREME!!!!! But thas cool.....

And the joke:

Priceless.

Overall it wasn't a necessarily GOOD flash, per se, but the joke; game, set, match, it's over!

Well put together, perfect voice and motion matching with music. Sprites aren't my favs, but you showed a rare quality to actually find good ones that fit your work.
Even added a few extra things like the "auras" and stuff around the sprites.

Background could have used some variety, moving blue and white dots got sickening after a while.....

Other than that, nothing wrong with it.

1 word: SEXcellent!

That was brilliant. Two years for 1 minute, WELL worth it. It's not only rare to find this level of animation, sound, presentation, humor, or entertainment on NG, it's practically extinct.

It was a brilliant display of the classic "Fantasia" Mickey Mouse moment, with the fly getting that ironic last laugh!

Honestly:
FLAWLESS!

Pure Gold is too cheap to describe this work.....
It's goin in my collection fer sur.....

Certainly an addictive game, if nothing else......

Overall it was quite well done, sound, music was on point, controls were fine, general layout was good.

There were a few irks I had:

1.) Bonuses on Survivor. Could never seem to get them....EVER! It seemed as if you never saw them until they were past you already.
Might be something to consider for your next game.

2.) Simplicity. But since you've already warned people of this, I won't bother you about this one.

Overall, Fairly nice.

Speechless is the first thing that comes to mind.

The second is how unbelievably unique, and impressive your flash is.

There is nothing I can really find wrong or remotely bad about this flash, save one detail.

I did not see how the metal corset and the story of her uncle fit into the story at all.....

Otherwise, this is goin in my favorites pile, and you get my favorite word for sweet flash:

"Hmmm....."

Obviously the graphics need a little improvement, just a little though, I like comedy that has simple characters. And add some color, color is good. White backgrounds need to go too.

The sound was intersting enough to keep me watching, even though it seemed completely detached from the movie. Work on that, make the music match the movie better. The soundtrack is fine, the dramatic stuff works for this kind of comedy, but it needs to FIT.

Some of the comedy wasn't all that spectacular, the jokes revolved around outdated "OMG!" type stuff.

I have a strong suspicion that this will get blammed, and probably rightly so (major points are lost on just having black and white), but I'm a nice guy.....

Needs a little work.

For 1: Diagonals...must have diagonal directions.
For 2: Sound. I wasn't diggin the music, because the music was somewhat creepy/scary, but the game really wasn't.
For 3: Levels. Add some sort of level advancement and make the enemies harder, otherwise it's a snooze.....

It'll fly though.

Well done.
I'm not a big fan (ok, I DESPISE) of clocks, but you hooked me. From the opening, right up to the end, it was captivating. A great use of music and classic black and white Hitchcock fashion.
